FAQ’s
- What should my child(ren) wear? -They can dress up or wear their PJs! It’s totally up to you!
- What will the set up look like? – It will look just like the images above! Santa will be sitting on the little couch and your children can sit on his lap or beside him.
- Where can I buy that cute red plaid dress in the photos above? – You can buy it at Little Buckhead Blue, along with the dress for the American Girl Doll!
- How does the ‘Santa Magic’ work? -The photographer, Tracy, will choose the best photo to incorporate the ‘magic’. She does this in photoshop. You will receive one image, Tracy’s choice, that will include the magic. The ‘magic’ might come from Santa’s hand or somewhere else in the photo.
- Will I get to choose my photos? -No, Tracy, the photographer, will choose the best photos. She’ll crop, edit, and deliver them by digital download to your email.
- How long will my kids get to be with Santa? -about 5 mins.
- What is my child/baby cries the whole tine? -If you know that you have a child who might be hesitant, maybe come dressed to join your child for a photo if need be. We will patiently work with your child to ensure that he/she has a wonderful experience! But, as a Mommy who has 2 kiddos, that type of photo with Santa (crying), it’s very normal and one of my favorite photos looking back at all of my Santa photos throughout the years. 🙂
- Can I reschedule my time after I pay and sign up? -Yes, you can log in and reschedule if there is a different slot time available.
- What is your cancellation policy? -You can cancel up to 7 days prior to the event, Sun. Nov 3rd. After that, all sales are final.
- When will I receive my images? -Tracy will work fast to ensure you will receive the link to download your images within 7-10 days.
- How early should I arrive before my scheduled time? -You can arrive 10 mins before your time. This will give your kiddos time to write a letter to Santa and take a cute cell pic with our fun Christmas background and mini Santa sleigh!
